Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Pre-order items will be shipped as close as possible to the official release date. Please note that release dates may change due to supplier or manufacturer delays.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order products will be shipped when the pre-order item becomes available.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Boutique Collectables is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist where possible.
