Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Boutique Collectables.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

What Is A Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve products before their official release date.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Your order secures your place in our allocation queue but does not guarantee delivery if supplier allocations are reduced.

Allocations

Pokémon products may be subject to allocation by distributors and suppliers.

In rare cases, Boutique Collectables may receive fewer units than requested.

If this occurs:

- Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

- Customers affected by allocation reductions will be contacted.

- A full refund will be offered for any unfulfilled items.

Release Dates

Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers, distributors and suppliers.

Boutique Collectables is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Combined Orders

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items become available unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations

Pre-orders are placed with suppliers based on customer demand and allocation availability.

Customer-requested cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order value to cover payment processing fees, administration costs and supplier-related commitments.

Cancellation requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

If Boutique Collectables is unable to fulfil a pre-order due to supplier allocation reductions, product unavailability or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
